Mark Minie, Ph. D.
Dr. Minie has extensive government, academic and industry experience in both bioresearch and IT. He has published research in cell and molecular biology as well as bioinformatics in peer reviewed scientific journals, and is an Affiliate Instructor with the Department of Biomedical and Health Informatics. He also works for the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) teaching bioinformatics, and has served as a consultant to a wide range of clients including lawyers, investors and a noted science fiction writer.
Sheila Cross Benson, Ph.D.
Dr. Benson earned her degree in pharmacology from Northwestern University Medical School, Dept. of Pharmacology. She has held positions of increased responsibility in industry spanning regulatory affairs, R & D project management and licensing, at Burroughs Wellcome, G. D. Searle and TAP Pharmaceuticals. She has also served as a consultant to the pharma/biotech industry through the Mattson Jack Group and as an independent consultant.
