Let me tell you about what I've been doing recently. The other day I went to the Maritime Festival. It's held every May in Seattle. I was very impressed and I had a great time. Actually, I was a volunteer there. It was great being with native speakers. I managed to get some freebies too: some salmon, tacos, and a T-shirt. If you come here one day, I really recommend going to this festival. It was a very good opportunity for me to get to know something about Seattle's history, its people and its life-style.
